What is Disc Golf? Disc golf is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee®. So take a leisurely hike through the woods with your friends and family playing disc golf, where you can bend your throws around trees and rocks. Test your hand and eye coordination and enjoy the outdoors. Come find out why disc golf is the fastest growing sport in the world! Whether you are a beginner or an expert you will love it.
How will we learning? At Storrs Pond Recreation Area, one of the best disc golf courses in our region will provide a member pro who will perform a demo, give you a lesson and teach you all the rules of Disc Golf.
After your disc golf game you can settle in under the Dimick Pavilion by the pond near the beach for great summer pizza party with beverages provided.
Participants can also part take in other outdoor activities including swimming, basketball and beach volleyball.
Citizens Bank will be providing you with a free Frisbee to play with and to take home with you.
The Little Details
Relax under the Dimick Pavilion with your friends and family where you can relax and have a bite to eat.
This is an outside activity and you will need proper footwear for the terrain.
Might want to pack some bug spray as we will be out at dusk.
If you want to take a swim in the pond don't forget to bring your bathing suit and towel.
Directions to Storrs Pond Recreation Area: From the junctions of Routes 10 and 120 in Hanover NH, proceed 1 mile north on Route 10, then 1 mile east on Reservoir Road from the round-about. Follow signs on the left down to Storrs Pond.
This event is open to ages 6 and up, anyone under the age of 18 must be with an adult.

Cancellations received after 4 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
