Coop Learning Center
Nourishing, vibrant, and served without pretension, paella has held a place of honor and practicality in Spanish homes for centuries. Join us for this fun hands-on class at the Co-op Learning Center and learn to make this classic dish with ease. From the proper rice, to using local seasonal ingredients to the perfect crusty socarrat, you will leave confident and full. We will complete the experience with appetizers, simple salad and a wine pairing.
Class will be working in groups of 4-6 people, so this is truly a night to meet up with old friends and even make a few new ones. All ingredients and supplies provide, you just need to bring yourself and a sense of adventure!
